"Eat Right Now combines meditation, reward based learning, mobile applications, an online forum, and weekly group sessions. These tools helped me to identify, and then remedy unhelpful behaviors.
As a result, I've lost over 65 pounds over the last 6 years. For the first time in 45 years, I'm in the overweight category of the Body Mass Index chart instead of the obese category.
I can now enjoy a much more active lifestyle with my family including hiking in the mountains and participating in all-day theme parks with my grandchildren. This program has changed my life, and I'm grateful."

"The daily lessons, and that they are short enough and yet powerful. The tools part, the check in, and very happy with the new mapping tool! I’ve repeatedly been referring the app/program to my friends and colleagues."

Eat Right Now Reviews
I love this App! I have been trying to eat mindfully for years and now I am doing it. I have a totally new healthy relationship with food. I enjoy it more yet I eat so much less of it. Have I lost weight mindfully eating? You bet I have!!
Eat Right Now is life changing!
Eat Right Now is a mindfulness program that guides you through changing habits you are stuck doing but no longer find helpful. To get you through your cravings, it provides tools to understand what your habits are, and what you are feeling and doing. Why are you mindlessly putting that cookie in your mouth? Is it hunger? Stress? Anger? If you choose not to succumb to that craving, how long before the craving passes? Is it endless as you fear or something hat passes quickly? Once you get a better understanding of your habits, you learn to make broader, thoughtful behavioral changes. Inherent in all this is how to use loving kindness on yourself and others. If you go ahead and eat that cookie and five more (I’m thinking Oreos here), eat them mindfully, taste their delicious deliciousness, but assess how you feel while you are eating them and afterward. Too full? On the fifth one, did you go into sugar overload? You then use this understanding the next time you get mad at someone and find your hand in the cookie jar to help sooth yourself. My description here isn’t really doing the program justice. It does do all of these feel good things using evidenced based, concrete tools to help you change your life. At least give it a try for the first month. It’s worth it.
I love this mindful eating program. I have learned so much about how the mind works and mindfulness practices to see more clearly to develop a better relationship with eating. Many thanks to the team and Dr. Jud for creating this app and program!!
And now for something completely different.
Have you figured out it’s not about the food or exercise but some mental/emotional state that needs to shift —but can’t find actual specific guidance on how to address that part of overeating/weight struggles? We’ve all read how it’s mindset and determination but exactly how do you figure that all out… this is the program! I won’t say it’s easy because it is getting to the very roots of overeating and will get you to lasting change. The app interface is easy and daily time is very reasonable to work in to your day.
Research-based by THE neuroscientist in this space, this app is well-worth the investment to change your bad habits permanently.
